Who is Sip?
“ Sip”, began her bartending career back in 1999 by filling in for absent bartenders. She began bartending by pouring shots and serving beer in Newark , NJ at the old Terminal D Comedy Club then renamed to Club Elite.
Eventually, a love for bartending along with her love for entertaining grew into a small business. She began supplying lite catered meals for family and friends, which were entertaining and hosting functions and events at home.
Soon she began bartending at various night clubs, lounges, and entertainment events. In 2002, after a great loss due to 9/11, she began to bartend private events. Hence A Sip of Perfection was born.
After a few private bartending events, she noticed that many of the events had no catered food. She began planning small lite tasty menus to cater to the affairs that would satisfy functions upwards of 125 people.
